Accessibility
In short. This page should work for everyone, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, or a phone with the text enlarged. This statement says what we test, what we have not tested yet, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

What we test, and when
These checks run every time the page changes, so a fault cannot reach the site unnoticed:
- Automated accessibility checks on every page, in both languages, at desktop and phone size.
- Keyboard use: the tab order follows the page, every stop shows a visible focus ring, the skip link reaches the headline, and the sign-up form can be filled in and submitted without a mouse.
- The page at 320 pixels wide, and with text enlarged to 200%, with nothing cut off and no sideways scrolling.
- Reduced motion: if your system asks for less movement, the page stops animating.
What we have not done yet
- No one has been through the page with a screen reader such as VoiceOver or NVDA. Status messages and errors are written to be announced, but writing them that way is not the same as hearing them.
- There has been no independent audit.
Known limitations
- The email field's label is read by screen readers but is not shown on screen; the placeholder carries it visually, which is why the words disappear as you type.
- The language switch uses flags. A flag stands for a country rather than a language, so each one is also named — “English”, “Svenska” — for screen readers.
- The confirm and withdraw pages, reached from links in our emails, need JavaScript. If you have it turned off, write to us and we will remove your address for you.
